Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prepaid sessions. Services purchased in our online store are prepaid session vouchers for treatments performed at Bspaworld, 297 Boston Post Rd, 2nd Floor, Orange, CT 06477. After purchase, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please book your appointment online through Vagaro or by calling 203.795.1444. Prepaid sessions do not expire.

Refunds for unused sessions. If you have not used your prepaid session, you may request a full refund at any time by emailing biospaworld1@gmail.com or calling 203.795.1444. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, including HSA/FSA cards, within 5-10 business days.

Completed services. Services that have already been performed are non-refundable. If you have a concern about your treatment, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations and rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the session price. If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the prepaid session will be considered used.

HSA/FSA purchases. HSA/FSA payments are processed through Truemed. Eligibility is determined by an independent licensed provider, and approval is not guaranteed. If you are not approved, you may cancel your order for a full refund, or pay with another payment method.
